Suggestion on revision of "provisions on the development of cogeneration" and improvement of gas turbine power plant of the technical requirements

摘要 在分布式能源系统的空调中,往往采用热泵(制冷).对热泵的热力学原理、节能机理,特别对吸收式热泵(制冷)的特点及使用场合等进行了阐述;最后对地源热泵(制冷)系统进行介绍以供参考. "Provisions on the development of combined heat and power," released in 2000, announced by original four ministries and "technical provision of cogeneration project feasibility study" issued in 2001 have been executed more than ten years. Over the past decade, thermal power units develop rapidly in China, technology has improved continuously. The units are large, efficient, safe and economical, reach the international advanced level. Cogeneration develops year by year,the large-scale supercritical and gas-fired cogeneration units have been developing faster. Dis- tributed heat, electricity, cold energy supply stations are actively promoting the pilot demonstration stage, the original "regulations" to be executed has deviated from the actual and the domestic level, it is proposed to amend the development of combined heat and power requirements in No. 1268 document, energy calculation of defining distributed energy saving targets and gas stations are especially discussed.
