摘要
近年来中国铁路多次提速,对信号系统和设备的安全性提出更高的要求,而且随着计算机技术在铁路信号系统中的应用,风险管理方法在铁路信号系统中的研究与应用己成为必然。本文重点研究了国外铁路领域流行的HAZOP危害识别方法,并将HAZOP危害识别方法和基于德尔菲的风险矩阵法应用于实验室自主研发的微机化自动站间闭塞系统,说明定性风险评估技术在系统研发过程中的作用。
In recent years,because of the frequent speed-increase in Chinese railway field,higher demand of the safety of the railway signal system and equipment is proposed.Firstly,this paper summarizes the principles hazard identification,studies the HAZOP method IEC61882 and analyzes the application of HAZOP.and methods with reference.Then,by applying HAZOP and the method of improved risk matrix based on Delphi to the axle-counter block system between systems,illustrates the function of qualitative risk assessment technology in the research process.
