摘要
在烟叶复烤过程中,各干燥区排风口处空气绝对湿度的准确测量与判断其烟叶中的水分是否合格有密切关系。实际中,虽然在排风口处安装有湿度仪,但由于其周围环境温湿等影响,会使测量结果存在误差。为了提高其测量准确性,本文利用虚拟仪器LabVIEW平台,通过调用读取电子表格子VI,将现场采集到的数据存取到数组中,然后利用广义最小二乘线性拟合子V I,对采集到的数据进行多元线性拟合,并找出软测量预测模型的最佳参数,以实现对排风口绝对湿度的预测或校正。
In the tobacco-redrying process,the accurate measurement of absolute humidity of air at the dry zone air vents is closely related to the its eligibility of the tobacco moisture. Practically, Although there is moisture meter at the air vents, there still exist measurement error because of the impact from the surrounding environment's temperature and humidity. In order to improve the measurement accuracy, in this paper, the author applies LabVIEW virtual instrument platform, calls the sub-VI to store the collected data to the array,Then using the generalized least-squares linear fit sub-VI, The collected data to multiple linear fitting and find out the best parameters of soft sensor prediction model to help achieve the prediction or correction of the absolute humidity of air vents.
