摘要
当前,国际生产性服务业出现了发展速度加快,产业融合进一步增强,国际间产业转移和产业集群化日益明显的趋势。在这种背景下,陕西应当充分利用本地区制造业、区位、人才和政策环境等方面的优势,依托制造业转型升级、开发区建设和国际产业转移等形势,从不同路径大力发展生产性服务业。
Presently, producer services is developing at a fast speed, industrial integration is strengthening further,and the tendency of industrial transfer and clusters are becoming increasingly evident. In this context, Shaanxi should take advantages of manufacture, geography, education and policy, and develop producer services in different paths according to the tendency of transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry, zone construction and international industrial transfer.
