摘要
高职数控技术专业结合区域产业结构优化升级需要,实施"岗位接轨三步式"工学结合人才培养模式,灵活调整人才培养方案,引入行业企业技术标准,共同开发课程和教学资源,以"订单"培养为载体,校企共同培养高技能人才,面向汽车制造产业,共同开展技术研发,主动提升专业服务产业能力,实现了专业与地方支柱产业的有效对接。
To meet the need of optimization and upgrading the regional industrial structure,numerical control technology speciality carry out the three steps integrating of work and study talent cultivation form,adjust the cultivating plan,introduce the technical standard of industries and enterprises,develop curriculum and teaching resources and cultivate highly skilled personnel.The school,with the help of the industries and enterprises,conduct a joint research and improve the ability to service the industry and finally achieve the effective joint between the school and local pillar industry.
