摘要
目的 观察补阳还伍汤加味治疗乳腺癌术后上肢肿胀的疗效。方法 治疗组 32例应用补阳还伍汤加味内服、外洗 ,并配合患肢功能锻炼 ,1月后与单纯功能锻炼的对照组 2 2例比较。结果 治疗组总有效率 93.7% ,对照组 59.1 % ,2组比较有非常显著性差异 ( P <0 .0 1 ) ;按 Karnof-sky计分制统计 ,治疗后治疗组和对照组生活质量评分≥ 70分分别为 2 4、8例 ,≤ 60分分别为 8、1 4例 ,2组分别比较均有非常显著差异 ( P均 <0 .0 1 )。结论 补阳还伍汤加味能明显消退乳腺癌术后上肢肿胀 ,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction on postoperative tumefaction of upper limb secondary to the radical mastectomy. Methods Fifty four patients suffering from the postoperative tumefaction of upper limb secondary to the radical mastectomy, were randomly allocated to two groups. In treated group(n=32) the modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction was taken orally and applied to steaming and washing the tumefacient limb, combined with the dirigation of the affected limb, in control group(n=22) the single dirigation of the affected limb was carried out in one month. Results The total effective rate(93.7%) in treated group was much more higher than that( 59.1%) in control group (P<0.01). According to the Karnofsky's scale,the scores increased significantly in treated group compared with those in control group (P<0.01). Conclusions The modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction can subside post operative tumefaction of upper limb secondary to the radical mastectomy, and help improve the living quality.
