摘要
海洋石油开发工程项目采用专门项目组进行管理的方式,项目经理成为工程项目的直接组织者和责任者。因此,对项目经理的基本要求和如何进行培养则是一个值得研究与探讨的重要课题。本文从实际出发,以切身体会从管理方面提出了一些初步看法。内容涉及到项目经理的责任,能力与素质,知识与经验等。同时还对培养的途径做了简要的阐述。
Bohai Oil Corporation adapts the management measures of project team in engineering projects of offshore oil development. Project manager is both the responsible organizer and headman. Therefore the fundamental requirements and the training measures of the project manager are an important task that is worth studying and probing.
From the fact and experience the anthor puts forward some points of view on management that cover the project manager's responsibility,know-how,ele-m2nt,knowledge, experience, etc. This article also describes briefly the various training methods.
