摘要
目的 观察排膜汤及云南白药联合治疗药物流产后子宫出血的疗效。方法 早孕35～ 50日患者 2 0 0例 ,随机分为治疗组及对照组各 1 0 0例。2组均采用药物流产法 ,即米非司酮 2 5mg,每日 2次 ,连服 3日 ,第 4日晨起空腹口服米索前列醇 60 0 mg。服用米索前列醇后 1 2 h开始 ,治疗组口服排膜汤 ,每日 1剂 ,云南白药 0 .4g,每日 3次口服 ,连续 3日 ;对照组服维生素 C片 ,每次 0 .2 g,每日 3次 ,连续 3日。结果 治疗组完全流产率 98% ;出血量≤ 1 0 0 ml 70 % ;出血持续时间≤ 7日 76% ,与对照组 30 %、 30 %、 1 2 %比较 ,χ2 检验 ,均有极显著差异 ( P <0 . 0 0 1或 0 .0 1 )。结论 排膜汤并云南白药增加了药物流产后的完全流产率 ;缩短了子宫出血时间 ,减少了出血量。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of combination of Paimo Decoction and Yunnan Bai Yao on uterine hemorrhage secondary to drug abortion. Methods Two hundred cases of early pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups. In both groups during abortion , mifestone 25 mg was taken orally b.i.d. for 3 days ,on the morning of the 4th day misoprostol 600 mg was taken into an empty stomach,12 hours later , in treatment group (n=100) Paimo Decoction was taken a dose per day, combined with Yunnan Bai Yao 0.4g t.i.d. for 3 days ,and in control group(n=100), oral vitamin C 0.2g t.i.d. for 3 days. Results The rates of complete abortion rate ,vaginal bleeding volume ≤100 ml and vaginal bleeding duration ≤7 days in treatment group (98% ,70% and 76%) were much significantly higher than those in control group (30%,30% and 12%, P<0.01). Conclusions Combination of Paimo Decoction and Yunnan Bai Yao is greatly helpful for complete drug abortion,and can reduce obviously uterine hemorrhage secondary to drug abortion
