摘要
发展农业循环经济是缓解恭城农业资源短缺,保护环境,实现可持续发展的客观要求,也是全面建设小康社会,实现农业经济增长方式转变的必然选择。农业循环经济的发展对农业科技水平提出了更高的要求,而恭城现有的科技支撑体系无法满足农业循环经济发展的需要。文章阐述了恭城农业科技发展的现状,提出相应的保障措施。
To develop agricultural cycle economy is to alleviate GongCheng agricultural resources shortage,to protect environment and realize sustainable development objective request,it is the comprehensive construction well-off society,to realize the agricultural economic development＇s inevitable choice.Agricultural circulation economy development put forward higher request for agricultural science and technology level,while GongCheng existing scientific support system can not meet the needs of the development of agricultural circulation economy,based on the above reality,the present situation of the development of agricultural science and technology in GongCheng was proposed,the corresponding security measures were put forward.
