摘要
合理的教育管理体制是民办高职院校可持续发展的保证。文章通过考察调研,阐析了目前民办高职院校董事会领导下的院长负责制存在的一些主要问题,在此基础上提出了建议。
Reasonable education management system guaranteed the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.In this paper,some main problems that eixisted in the president responsibility system under the leadership of the board in higher vocational colleges were revealed.The reasons were analyzed and some useful suggestions were put forward.
