无锡的软件外包行业面临着前所未遇的发展前景和挑战,如何培养大量适应行业飞速发展的实用型人才更是成为重中之重。文章详细分析了无锡软件外包人才的培养现状及存在的主要问题,提出了为无锡培养更多高质量的软件外包人才的有效方法以推动无锡软件外包产业的发展。
Software outsourcing industry of Wuxi faces with the unprecedented development prospects and challenges.How to train numerous talented people who are suitable for the industry’s rapid development is becoming the most important thing.This paper specifically analyzes the current circumstances of training software outsourcing talents in Wuxi and points out the defects lain in them.This paper also proposes the effective ways to train more high quality software outsourcing talents for Wuxi in order to promote Wuxi’s software outsourcing industry.
