摘要
文章在阐述国内外全过程工程造价管理理论发展过程和管理现状的基础上,分别从投资决策阶段、设计阶段、招投标阶段、项目实施阶段、竣工结算阶段和项目后评价阶段论述了我国建设项目不同阶段下造价管理的研究和发展现状,进一步明确了在我国建立全过程造价管理体系的必要性。
This paper describes whole process cost management of domestic and international management theory and management of the development process on the basis of the status quo,discusses the different stages of construction projects under our cost management research and development status from the investment decision-making phase,design phase,bidding phase,the project implementation phase,completion of final closure and post-project evaluation stage respectively,further clarify the whole process of establishing the need for cost management system.
