摘要
为满足机器视觉系统精确检测的需要,保证所采集图像的质量,根据CCD的照度匹配原理,详细阐述了采集高质量图像的方法,包括在采集图像过程中设置图像参数和使用人工光源提高采集图像的质量。通过照明和曝光控制实验的综合验证,达到了预期提高所采集图像质量的目的。
In order to meet the demand of precision inspection of machine vision system,the quality of image acquisition must be ensured.According to the CCD light intensity matching principal,this paper focused on the methods of collecting high quality images,including image parameters setting and the usage of artificial optical source to enhance the quality of the collected image through the collecting process.This method has been improved by the illuminating and exposure experiments to achieve the expected objective of enhancing the quality of the collected image.
