摘要
利用一种基于96孔板的快速筛选抗白色念珠菌活性的美蓝—酶标仪检测法对从广西山口、防城、北海三个地点红树林分离的498株细菌,299株真菌进行活性检测。结果表明,157株细菌具有抗白色念珠菌活性,占总分离细菌数的31.5%,88株真菌具有抗白色念珠菌活性,占总分离真菌数的29.4%。且抗白色念珠菌活性菌株的比例与样品来源密切相关。
Methylene blue-microELISA spectrophotomer detection method was used for detecting activity against C.albicans based on 96-well plate and marine microorganisms were isolated from Guangxi mangrove in Shankou,Fangcheng,Beihai.The result showed that 157 out of 498 isolates showed activity against C.albicans,which was 31.5 % of the total bacteria isolates.Eighty-eight out of 299 strains of fungi isolates showed activity against C.albicans,which was 29.4 % of the total fungi isolates.The proportion of anti-Candida albicans active strains was closely correlated with sample collections.
