摘要
科技人才是科技创新的主要资源,也是国家和地区在激烈的国际竞争中取得优势的基本条件。近年来,上海颁布了一系列积极推进科技人才发展的政策,科技人才引进政策是重点政策之一。论述了制定上海科技人才引进政策的意义,梳理了上海科技人才引进政策的概况,介绍了上海重点科技人才引进政策的实施成效。
Technology talents are the main source for technology innovation and necessary for country and area to compete in the world.Recently,there are many policies published in Shanghai to encourage the development of technology talents,and introduction of technology talent is one of key policy.This paper illustrates and summarises the significance of making introduction of technology talent,and the effect of this policy.
