摘要
两个石灰岩矿区的石灰生产废渣经1 050℃煅烧制得含氧化钙92%~94%的煅烧制品,试制品的主要指标符合玻璃纤维用氧化钙原料的质量要求。原料含硅、铁量较高的样品可通过人工剔除,有效减低煅烧产物中硅、铁含量,达到工业生产应用要求。研究成果在矿产资源综合利用、环境保护方面有重要价值,可指导工业化开发利用。
Lime for glass fiber were prepared by the calcinations of industrial waste lime at 1 050℃ The calcined lime has the contents of calcium oxide 92% -94%. Compared with raw lime- stone, a reduction of silicon and iron content was effective in calcined lime by an artificial selection and the calcined lime met the requirements of industry application. The test results are expected to play an important role in the utilization of mineral resources and protection of the environment.
