腐秆剂快速分解水稻秸秆的机理及效果研究 被引量:5

摘要 利用测定酶活力的方法测定不同时间段内添加腐秆剂对水稻秸秆中纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、酚氧化酶活性的影响,结果表明:腐秆剂的添加对3种酶的活性提高有显著影响。利用纯种分离技术测得腐秆剂的添加对细菌、真菌、放线菌3种微生物的量在不同生长时期具有促进作用。同时通过定量分析程序添加腐秆剂后纤维素、半纤维素和木质素的降解率均有所提高。 The impacts of adding straw rot agent at different periods on activities of cellulase, hemicellulase and phenol oxidase in rice straw were determined by the method that used to determine the activity of enzyme. The results showed that adding straw rot agent had significant impact on increasing the activities of cellulase, hemicellulase and phenol oxidase. The results of isolation of pure culture indicated that adding straw rot agent can increase the amount of bacteria, fungi and actinomyeetes in different growing stages. Meanwhile, through quantitative analysis procedures found that the degradation rate of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin increased after adding straw rot agent.
