摘要
利用杂种优势是提高油菜产量的重要途径之一。沣油737系湖南省作物研究所选育的甘蓝型油菜细胞质雄性不育杂交品种,分别于2009年和2010年完成国家长江下游区和中游区油菜区域试验,并通过上述二个区域国家农作物品种审定委员会审定。该品种芥酸与硫苷含量均优于国家双低标准,平均含油量为43.3%。丰产性、稳产性突出,在长江下游区和中游区区试中,平均产量分别为174.9 kg/667m2和181.0 kg/667m2,比对照增产16.9%和8.1%。介绍了沣油737选育过程、杂交制种、纯度鉴定及栽培等技术。
Utilization of heterosis is one of the most important methods for increasing yield of rapeseed. Fengyou737, a hybrid cytoplasmic male sterile three-line variety was developed by Hunan Crop Research Institute, was approved and released for planting in the low reaches of Yangtze Rive （2009） and the middle reaches of Yangtze Rive （2010） separately by National Crop Variety Approval Committee. The contents of erucic acid and the glucosinolate in Fengyou737 are lower than the national standard of double low hybrid rapeseed, and the oil content in seed was about 43.3% in average. The Fengyou737 possesses other good characteristics such as high-yield, yield stability, and it gave 2 623.5 kg/hm2 in low reaches of Yangtze Rive and 2 715.0 kg/hm2 in middle reaches of Yangtze Rive in regional trial, which outyielded the control by 16.9% and 8.1%, respectively. The breeding process, hybrid seed production, purity identification and cultivation techniques of Fengyou737 were also introduced.
