摘要
介绍了动态电能质量监测识别过程中的谐波、电压波动和闪变、电压跌落三个特征分量,构筑了以变配电台区和重点监测谐波用户作为监控点的配电网电能质量实时在线监测识别系统。试验数据表明,所建立的动态电能质量实时在线监测识别系统能够准确反映智能配电网电能质量的状况,满足智能配电网系统电能质量监测控制需求。该系统可以为管理人员提供有针对性的数据信息,有效改善智能配电网电能质量,提高电力企业电能营销综合服务水平和经济效益。
The power distribution network voltage fluctuation and flicker, voltage sag, harmonies feature compo- nents were introduced, and a detection and identification system which uses the power distribution and key monito- ring harmonic user as the monitoring and control points was built up. The examination results show that the detec- tion and identification system can reflect intelligent power distribution network's electrical energy quality condition. This system can improve the electrical energy quality service level and enhance the economic efficiency.
