摘要
针对当前履带式联合采育机作业臂存在的不足,在计算机虚拟环境下,利用SolidWorks进行了一种新型作业臂的设计,并开展了基于CosmosWorks的有限元分析与结构优化,优化后的新型作业臂,在保证结构可靠性的同时,质量达到了最优,有效地降低了研制成本,为项目下一步的物理样机试制打下了基础。
Aimed at the current deficiencies of the operating arm of tracked harvester, a new operating arm was designed by the use of SolidWorks in virtual environment, and finite element analysis and structure optimization were also carried out based on CosmosWorks. The optimized new operating arm not only ensured the strong structural reliability but also realized the optimum quality. It effectively reducing the development costs, and laid a foundation for the project of next physical nrntntvn~ t^l
