正交试验优化葛根中葛根素的微波提取工艺 被引量:6

Optimization of Microwave-assisted Extraction Technology of Puerarin from Radix Puerariae by Orthogonal Experiment

摘要 以体积分数50%的乙醇为提取剂,采用微波辅助法提取葛(Pueraria montana var.lobata)根中的葛根素,设计正交试验优化提取工艺。结果表明,优化的提取条件为料液比1∶40(m∶V,g/mL)、微波功率500W、微波处理时间5 min。此工艺条件下葛根中葛根素的提取率为3.51%。与加热回流法相比,采用微波辅助法葛根素的提取率提高了19.79%,提取时间缩短了90%。 Using 50%(volume fraction) ethanol as extracting regent, puerarin was extracted from radix puerariae of Pueraria montana by microwave-assisted craft. Orthogonal test was adopted to optimize the craft taking extraction ratio of puerarin as index. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows, materials to solution ratio,l:40(m:V,g/mL); Microwave power, 500 W; Microwave extraction time, 5 min. The extraction ratio of puerarin could reach 3.51% under the condition. Compared with heating refluxing extraction method, the extraction ratio was increased by 19.79%; While extraction time was shortened by 90%.
