摘要
采用含药PDA平板培养基培育毛木耳(Auricularia polytricha)菌丝,测得高效氯氟氰菊酯对毛木耳的LC50为0.024 1 mg/g,高于其对平菇厉眼菌蚊(Lycoriella pluroti)的LC50(0.004 8 mg/g),且不影响毛木耳子实体产量的形成。表明高效氯氟氰菊酯用于防治毛木耳生产中平菇厉眼菌蚊的危害是安全可行的。
The ECso value of lambda-cyfiuthrin to Auricularia polytricha measured by developing the hyphae of A. polytricha with PDA medium was 0.024 1 rag/g, which was higher than the LCso value （0.004 8 rag/g） to larvae of Lycoriella pluroti and it also had no bad effect on the production of A. polytricha. The results showed that lambda-cyhalothrin could be used in the pest management of L. pluroti in A. polytricha production.
