摘要
采用热力耦合三维刚塑性有限元方法 ,对水轮机叶片模压成型工艺进行了模拟研究 .得到了成型过程中工件上的温度分布、应力分布及贴模情况 ,并与实际情况进行了对照 ,为进一步掌握水轮机叶片模压成型机理、制订合理的工艺参数提供了理论依据 .
The die forming process of a hydro turbines blade was simulated by the thermal coupled finite element method. The distribution of stress, strain, temperature and contact area with dies on a workpiece and their variations during the deforming process were obtained, and then compared with experimental results. The results provided a theoretical basis for understanding the deforming mechanism and selecting reasonable parameters for the die forming of a hydro turbine blade.
