摘要
采用弹塑性有限元分析和试验研究方法 ,考察了焊点间距对两种搭接区边缘定位胶焊接头中应力应变分布及接头强度的影响 .结果表明 :两种接头中两焊点处的应力应变分布基本相同 ;采用环氧树脂基胶粘剂时 ,应力应变主要分布在搭接区边缘 ,改变焊点间距基本不影响接头搭接区边缘处的应力应变值 ;丙烯酸酯胶粘剂胶焊接头中 ,焊点区存在应力集中 ,且应力值随焊点间距的增加而增大 ,搭接区边缘胶层中的应力应变值基本不随焊点间距的改变而改变 .试验结果和数值分析结果都表明 ,改变焊点间距对边缘定位胶焊接头的胶层断裂载荷基本没有影响 .
Elastoplastic finite element analysis and experimental methods were used to investigate the effect of spot pitch on stress and strain distribution and joint strength of the weldbonded joints with two spots located near overlap region edges and results show that stress and strain in the two spot regions of the joints are approximately the same; when epoxy based adhesives are adopted, stress and strain are mainly distributed at the overlap region edges, changing the spot pitch has hardly any influence on those stress and strain; for the joints with acrylic adhesives, there exists stress concentration in the spot region, and the stresses increase with the spot pitch increasing, stress and strain at the edges of overlap region vary little when the spot pitch is changed. Both the results from computation and that from experiments indicate that changing spot pitch will not affect the fracture loads of adhesive layers in this kind of weldbonded joints.
