摘要
为解决我国某国防用高精密弹性件材料强韧性不足的问题 ,研究了不同尺寸对 1 8Ni(1 75 0MPa级 )马氏体时效钢力学性能的影响 .通过循环相变细化奥氏体晶粒到不同尺寸 ,在相同时效处理规程下进行时效处理 ,机械性能测试表明 ,晶粒细化是同时提高 1 8Ni马氏体时效钢强度和塑性的一种有效手段 ,在晶粒比较粗大时 ,晶粒细化对强度的贡献不是很大 ,随着晶粒的进一步细化 ,晶粒细化对 1 8Ni马氏体时效钢的强度贡献逐渐增加 ,时效处理对这一影响有放大作用 .
To resolve the problem of strength and toughness in a precision elastic component, the influence of the grain size on mechanical properties of 18Ni maraging steel was studied. Before the same ageing treatment was conducted, maraging steels with different grain sizes were acquired by thermocycle refining treatment. Mechanical test results show that grain refining is an efficient method to improve both strength and toughness of maraging steel. The influence of the grain size on strength is not obvious when maraging steel has a coarse grain. The influence exhibits an increasing trend with the refining of grain′s and amplification of ageing treatment.
