摘要
试验包括室内抑菌和田间小区药效试验。室内抑菌通过测量含有不同质量浓度万寿菊杀菌素水乳剂培养基上的菌落直径,并计算相对抑制率,来确定杀菌的最佳质量浓度;田间小区试验以不同农药作对照,研究万寿菊杀菌素水乳剂防治西瓜枯萎病的药效。抑菌试验结果表明,0.6μg/mL万寿菊杀菌素水乳剂的杀菌效果较佳;药效试验结果表明,农抗120、多菌灵和万寿菊杀菌素水乳剂的防治效果分别为55.4%,61.4%和79.5%。万寿菊杀菌素水乳剂对西瓜枯萎病具有明显的防治效果。
In the experiment,indoor antimicrobial activity and the field plot efficacy trials were conducted.In the indoor antimicrobial activity the colony diameter at different concentrations of marigold spinosad water emulsion culture medium was measured and the relative inhibition rate calculated,to determine the optimal concentration sterilization;the field plot efficacy trials took different pesticides as control,the marigold spinosad water emulsion on watermelon wilt prevention and treatment efficacy were studied.The result of antimicrobial experiment showed that: the efficacy of 0.6 μg/mL marigold spinosad water emulsion was relatively better;the efficacies of Nongkang 120,Duojunling and marigold spinosad water emulsion were 55.4%,61.4% and 79.5%,respectively.The results indicated that marigold spinosad water emulsion had a significant preventive effect against watermelon wilt disease.
