摘要
由于城际铁路技术的不断推广和应用,城际铁路的建设也出现了新的课题。为此,结合成灌线遇到的小曲线大坡度单线预制混凝土箱梁架设难题,提出了轮轨步履式、轮胎低位导梁式2种架桥机方案,并从性能、安全、效率、实用等方面进行比较,分析小曲线大坡度架桥机应注意的关键技术,以供设计、施工、选型参考。
With the constant development and application of inner-city railway technology,a new issue appears during the inner-city railway construction.With combination of smaller curve radius and larger slope single-line precast concrete boxgirder erection problems from Chengguan Line,two bridge erection machine schemes are put forward such as wheel track walking type and tire low position guiding-girder type.Through comparison in performance,safety,efficiency,utilization,etc.,the paper analyzes the key technologies for smaller curve radius and larger slope bridge erection machines,to provide references for the design,construction and equipment selection.
