超声心动图对胎儿心脏异常结构的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声心动图对胎儿先天性心脏畸形诊断的临床价值。方法对24例高度怀疑胎儿心脏异常的中晚期孕妇进行超声心动图检查,多切面探查胎心,对产前、产后心脏结构及血流分布的检测结果进行分析。结果 24例胎心检测结果出现漏诊1例,误诊1例,诊断符合率为91.6%(22/24),漏、误诊率为8.3%(2/24)。结论彩色多普勒超声心动图能够在产前对胎儿先天性心脏畸形做出正确诊断。
