盐酸罗格列酮治疗2型糖尿病的效果观察 被引量：7

摘要 目的观察探讨盐酸罗格列酮治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效,总结其临床价值。方法选取2009年7月至2011年1月收治的2型糖尿病患者96例,分别给予口服盐酸罗格列酮4mg/d,持续12周为1个疗程,比较治疗前后的血糖、血脂、体重指数及糖化血红蛋白的变化,进行统计学分析。结果 96例患者治疗前后血糖、血脂、胰岛素抵抗及糖化血红蛋白水平的变化比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后各代谢指标有明显改善。结论盐酸罗格列酮治疗2型糖尿病疗效显著,能有效降低血糖、血脂和改善胰岛素抵抗,极少发生低血糖事件,对体重几乎无影响,安全可靠,值得在临床上合理推广应用。
