摘要
基于多体动力学理论,建立了往复泵曲柄连杆机构参数化动力学模型。通过算例仿真,对往复泵曲柄连杆机构运动及受力特性进行了研究,获得了连杆随曲轴转角变化的运动规律,以及连杆两端的铰链反力变化规律。
Based on the multi - body dynamics theory, the parametric dynamic model of the crank - connecting rod mechanism of reciprocating pump is proposed. By simulation, the kinematic and mechanical characteristics of the crank - connecting rod mechanism are studied. The motion law of the connecting rod relative to the crank angle, and the variation of the reaction forces in the connecting rod joints are obtained.
