摘要
目的观察睑板腺癌切除眼睑成形术的疗效。方法对13例确诊的睑板腺癌I期～Ⅱ期患者,在切除肿瘤的同时根据病变部位、肿瘤大小以及病人的全身情况行不同的眼睑成形术。结果 13例患者术后3个月外观满意,眼睑活动功能正常,闭合完全。1例患者术后复发。余12例随访2年无复发。结论掌握并灵活应用睑板腺癌切除眼睑成形术治疗睑板腺癌(I期～Ⅱ期)不仅能切除肿瘤还能恢复眼睑的形态和功能。
OBJECTIVE To observe the curative effects of resection of meibomian gland carcinoma and blepharoplasty.METHODS Thirteen cases diagnosed as meibomian gland carcinoma of stage I-Ⅱ period,were operated in different blepharoplasty methods according to the lesion site,tumor size and the patients＇general conditions after the resection of meibomian gland carcinoma.RESULTS All the 13 patients were with satisfactory appearance,normal eyelid function and complete eyelid closure and open after 3 months follow-up.One patient had the recurrence,and the rest 12 cases were without recurrence in more than 2 years＇ follow-up.CONCLUSIONS Resection of meibomian gland carcinoma and blepharoplasty（phase I-Ⅱ period）could not only resect the tumor but also could help recover the form and function of eyelid.
