摘要
目的探讨急诊绿色通道模式下严重创伤患者的救治。方法回顾分析了2006年1月～2010年12月进入"严重创伤急救绿色通道"的204例患者资料,记录了各环节的救治情况。结果伤后至入院时间平均为207min,入院至确定性治疗时间为64.34min;死亡19例,抢救成功率92.87%。结论急诊绿色通道加快严重创伤患者确定性治疗前的院内通过时间,使急救工作更加规范、合理,对提高严重创伤救治成功率意义重大。
Objective To investigate the value of emergency track in rescuing severe traumatic patients.Methods Totally 204 patients admitted into our hospital from Jan.2006 to Dec.2010 were reviewed,who were taken emergency treatment by establishing fast track.The treatment in different treatment periods was recorded.Results The average admission time was 207 minutes.The time from admission to taking definitive treatment was 64.34 minutes.There were 19 deaths,with success rate of 92.87%.Conclusion The emergency track can ensure more rapid treatment and standardize treatment procedure,and therefore improve the success rate.
