摘要
目的：探讨PFNA治疗老年转子间骨折的方法和疗效。方法采用PFNA治疗老年转子间骨折15例。结果其中15例患者得到随访，随访时间6～12个月，骨折全部愈合。参照Harris评分标准评定髋关节功能：优10例，良4例，中1例。结论PFNA操作简单，创伤小、失血少、内固定可靠、并发症少等特点，是目前治疗老年转子间骨折的一种理想的治疗方法。
Objective To study the curative effect of surgical treatment of the Femora/intertrochanterie fractures using the Proximo/ Femoral Nail Anti-rotation （PFNA）. Methods 15 cases the Femoral intertroehanteric fractures with PFNA. Results 15 cases had been followed up for 6-12 months. All the fractures were healed. Refer to the Harris standard for evaluation to assess hip function：optimal 10 cases, good 4 cases, medium in 1.Conclusion PFNA has simplicity of operation, the advantages of less surgical trauma, less blood loss, more stable fixation, less complications. So it is a useful device in the treatment of Femoral intertrochanterie fracture of elderly patients.
