摘要
采用气相二氧化硅(SiO2)协效硅烷偶联剂KH550改性氢氧化镁(KH550-MH)制备了无卤阻燃乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)复合材料,对比了不同SiO2含量对复合材料体系力学性能、加工性能、燃烧性能的影响。结果表明:当KH550-MH占体系的47%、SiO2占体系的8%时,体系的阻燃等级为V-0级,断裂伸长率达到168%。
A halogen-free flame retardant ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA) composite was prepared with fumed silica(SiO2) and magnesium hydroxide(KH550-MH) modified by KH550. The effects of various SiO2 contents on the mechanical properties, processability, and combustion property of the composite were studied. The results show that when KH550-MH content is 47%, SiO2 content is 8% of the system, the flame-retardant level of the composite reaches V-0, and the elongation at break attains 168%.
