四辊CVC可逆冷轧机轧辊辊形优化

摘要 济钢冷轧板厂四辊CVC可逆式轧机采用的轧辊CVC曲线为三次辊形曲线,在实际轧制过程中,轧辊凸度控制范围没有达到设计要求,带钢板形的控制难度较大。通过改进CVC辊形曲线,能够有效提高轧辊凸度控制范围,提高板形控制能力。 4-high CVC cold rolling mill of jigang coldrolling factory adoptives cvc curve of roller is thrice roller form curve,during the fact processing of rolling,the control range of roller crown does not reach design request,it is diffcult to contrle the flatness of the trip.overpass ameliorating cvc roller form curve,it could improve the control range of roller crown efficiently,the capability of flatness controlling.
