摘要
机电管理是综合性的人与物的管理,是煤矿重要管理体系之一,是煤炭企业提高经济效益的重要条件。近年来,煤矿的机械化程度不断提高,由于煤矿生产条件和生产环节的复杂性,机电设备的使用范围大大增加。但是高效的机电设备管理工作在煤矿起步较晚,作为设备使用、管理、维护并重的基层单位,仍处于粗放式的管理状态。本文对此提出一些管理措施,对煤矿机电的管理与维护有着一定的借鉴意义。
The electrical and mechanical rnanagemem is the comprehensive management of personnel and material,it is one of the importantmanagement system,in coal mine.also is important eondilion to improve the enterprise ecoIlomic benefit.In the recent years,the degree of mechanization is increasing constantly,since the complexity of the coal mine production condition and links,the applieation range of electrical and mechanical equipment is expanded greatly.But the hish efficient electrical and mechanical equipment started late.As the base units of operation,managements and maintenance of equipment are still in the extensive management situation,the management measures are proposed which have significance to the dectfical and mechanical management.
