摘要
刘力教授是国家中医药管理局重点学科——陕西中医学院附属医院脾胃病学科学术带头人,对溃疡性结肠炎有独到的见解和丰富的临床经验,本文主要从论溃疡与肠道菌群失调有关、大便性状判断病性特征、便稀与排便不畅相兼、审时度势把握病势寒热转化等4个方面对其临床经验进行介绍。
Professor Liu Li is the academic leader of the department of gastroenterology,Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine,which is also the key subject of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.He is specialized in the treatment of gastroenterological diseases.He has original and rich clinical experiences on ulcerative colitis treatment.This paper introduces his clinical experiences from four aspects,which are the relation between ulceration and enteric dysbacteriosis,disease characteristics determination from the physical features of the defecation,combination of loose stool and difficult defecation,treatment timing and heat-cold pattern transforming.
