摘要
目的探讨肾上腺转移性非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床特点及诊治方法。方法回顾分析1例双侧肾上腺转移性非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者的临床资料并复习相关文献。结果患者为68岁男性，因纳差、体重下降2个月，发现双侧肾上腺肿块1天入院。CT提示双侧肾上腺区占位性病变，行左侧腹膜后肿块切除术，术后病检为非霍奇金淋巴瘤。结论肾上腺转移性非霍奇金淋巴瘤临床少见，临床表现无明显特异性。主要通过CT等影像学检查结合临床表现来诊断，确诊需病理证据，治疗上主要采取以免疫化学治疗为主、结合放疗与手术的综合治疗。
Objectives To investigate the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of Adrenal metastatic non - Hodgkin＇s lymphoma. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 1 case of Adrenal metastatic non - Hodgkin＇s lymphoma, and reviewed the relevant literature. Results The patient was 68 years old. The main clinical features were anorexia, weight loss and found bilateral adrenal masses. Left retroperitoneal tumor resectian was performed, and pathologic examination was Adrenal non- Hodgkin＇s lymphoma. Conclusions Adrenal metastatic non - Hodgkin~ lymphonm is a rare disease which can be diagnesed according to its clinical manifestations and CT. Pathological examination was most important. Combined immuno - chemotherapy, combination of radiotherapy and surgery is the mainly therapy.
