摘要
目的:观察疏肝化瘀解毒法组成的中药复方治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者的临床疗效。方法:将57例病例被随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组29例给予疏肝化瘀解毒法组方的中药治疗,对照组28例予拉米夫定或阿德福韦酯治疗。疗程6个月。结果:在病毒学应答方面,治疗组总有效率为44.8%,对照组病毒学应答总有效率为71.4%,对照组优于治疗组(P<0.05)。在临床症状改善方面,治疗组总有效率为79.3%,对照组总有效率为57.1%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。在肝功能方面,治疗组与对照组具有相同效果(P>0.05)。结论:疏肝化瘀解毒法治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效显著,未见不良反应。
Objective：This research aimed to observe the clinical efficacy of Chronic Hepatitis B patients treated with Chinese herbal compound recipe possessing Soothing the Liver, Removing Blood Stasis and Detoxifying. Method： 57 patients were involved in the research ,who were separated into the treatment group（ n = 29 ） and the control group（ n = 28 ）. The treatment group adopted the decoction of herbal medicine of Soothing the Liver,Removing Blood Stasis and Detoxifying, while the control group were received Lamivudine or Adefovir Dipivoxil. Both of two groups were treated for 6 months. Result：（1）Comparison of the virology reaction：total efficiency rate of the treatment group was 44.8% ,total rate of the control group was 71.4%. The control group was much better than the treatment group （P 〈0.05 ）. （2）Comparison of improvement of the clinical symptoms ：the total curative effective value of the treatment group was 79.3%, while that of the control group was 57.1% , the treatment group was better than the controlling group （P 〈 0.05 ） ;（3）Comparison of liver function： the two groups had the same effect on improving liver function（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The study indicated that Soothing the Liver, Removing Blood Stasis and Detoxifying Chinese Formula is efficient and has little side effect, therefore, it is worth promoting.
