摘要
材料的低周疲劳特性是估算低周疲劳寿命的必耍参数,也是衡量材质的重要指标。由于国内低周疲劳的研究起步不久,各行业发展又不平衡,现有的材料低周疲劳特性数据很有限,本课题组对国内推土机主要厂家履带链轨节的所用材料——40Mn_2钢进行了低周疲劳特性试验,经回归分析,得到了这种材料的循环σ—ε曲线和ε_a—2N_f曲线。
Low-cycle fatigue properties of materiats are necessery for estimating Low-cycle fatigue life and is an important quality criterion of materials. As there are quite limited data available for the Low-cycle fatigue propeties of metal at present in China, experiments on 40Mn_2 steel, used by many. factries for manufacuring the track link of bulldozer, have been carried out and the cyclic-curve and-2N_fcurve proposed as the results of the research group by means of regression analysis of the test data.
