损伤控制理论在骨盆骨折患者急诊护理中的应用 被引量：20

摘要 目的探讨损伤控制理论在骨盆骨折患者急诊护理中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2004年6月至2011年1月急诊科接诊的51例骨盆骨折患者的临床资料及护理措施。结果所有患者在急诊科45min内初步完成检查和治疗后安全送至专科治疗，仅1例患者死亡，其余均康复出院。结论损伤控制理论应该贯穿于骨盆骨折患者急诊护理的每一环节，有利于对患者进行迅速、有效、旨在抢救生命的整体护理，提高患者生存率，减少并发症的发生。
