摘要
半刚性基层沥青路面是现代高等级公路路面结构的主要发展趋势。在行车荷载的反复作用下半刚性基层材料的疲劳破坏是这类路面结构设计的控制性因素。利用我所 HS-10大型环道试验装置,选择典型的半刚性材料,进行疲劳试验,同时利用 MTS 材料试验机进行小梁疲劳试验。根据环道试验结果,在路面结构的弯拉应力、弯沉及曲率半径的初始值分别同路面的疲劳寿命之间存在着良好的关系,从而建立了上述三项指标的疲劳方程。这对改进半刚性基层沥青路面的结构设计及竣工路面的质量检测提供了依据。
Semi-rigid based asphalt pavement is the major trend in the development of high grade road pavement structure in China.Fatigue failure of the semi-rigid based pavement material under repetitive loading of the driving vehicle has become a controlling factor in pavement design.Therefore, typical semi-rigid material was chosen to test the pavement structure and the material's fatigue characterstics by using HS-10 large circular test track and MTS material testing machine,A fatigue equation is formulated based on the test results,with initial values of pavement tensile stress,deflection and cuvature radius as indicators.Analysis of the factors affecting the fatigue life of a semi-rigid pavement is presented and measures taken to prolong the fatigue life are put forward in this paper.
