摘要
通过对国外高压空冷器的制造技术考察,了解了国外四家制造企业的工厂发展历程、生产装备、原材料来源、检验与控制、技术特点等方面的情况,同时,对比国内高压空冷器制造企业与国外企业的差距,提出了今后在高合金材料高压空冷器制造方面需要改进的措施,对国内设计单位、制造企业和用户具有很好的借鉴意义。
Based on the investigation of foreign high-pressure air cooler manufacturing technology,this paper presents the company development,production equipment,material sources,inspection and control,technical characteristics of four foreign manufacturing enterprises.Meanwhile,it contrasts the gap between domestic and foreign manufacturers of high-pressure air cooler and proposes the improving measures for high-alloy materials high-pressure air cooler manufacturing in future,which provides good reference for domestic design firms,manufacturers and users.
