摘要
针对离心式压缩机组常出现的转子不平衡、转子不对中、油膜涡动、转子弯曲、旋转失速与喘振、转子动静部件碰撞故障,进行了比较详细的特征分析,以典型机组检测为实例,分别介绍了机组状态检测传感器的布置,包括振动信号、轴向位移、键相传感器、轴瓦温度等,根据检测数据的反馈信息,判断机组的运行状态,从而采取有效措施。
This paper makes a detailed analysis on the characteristics of the faults often appear in the centrifugal compressor units.These faults include the rotor unbalance,rotor misalignment,oil whirl,rotor bending,rotating stall and surge,collision of rotating and static components of the rotor.Taking the typical unit monitoring as example,the paper introduces the placing of the detection sensors for the state of the units covering the vibration signal,axial displacement,key phase sensors and bearing temperature and so on.Based on the feedback of the monitoring data,the running status of the unit can be determined in order to take effective measures.
