左室内膜刺激心脏再同步化治疗的研究现状 被引量：3

摘要 标准左室外膜刺激是心脏再同步化治疗主要的方法。近年来,相较于外膜刺激,另一种通过左室内膜刺激使心脏再同步化的方法,由于其更符合心室生理激动顺序,同时由于电极位置不受限制,因此能达到再同步化治疗的最佳效果,从而改善心功能,而这已广泛引起人们的关注。但是通过左室内膜刺激的方法仍存在较多问题,其较多的并发症、必须长期抗凝、以及较高的手术难度也限制了其自身的发展。
