摘要
对全棉卡其织物用 Megafix B型活性染料的轧烘焙、一浴轧蒸、二浴轧蒸、轧烘焙后汽蒸和冷轧堆工艺进行了研究 ,分析和比较了碱剂用量、尿素用量、温度和时间对染料固色率影响 。
By means of Megafix B reactive dye, the dyeing processes for cotton drill such as pad dry curing, one bath pad steaming, two bath pad steaming, pad dry curing prior to steaming and cold pad batch were approached.The influence of alkali dosage and urea dosage, temperature and time on the rate of dye fixation was analysed and compared. Reasonable process condition was presented in this paper.
