摘要
学术期刊数量众多,情况复杂,改革牵涉面广,社会影响大,必须探索多元化的出版模式。不同的发展路径究竟该如何选择与决断,学术期刊主编起着至为关键的作用。面对挑战与机遇,学术期刊主编应该及时调整心态,适应形势需要,做好三个转变:在工作角色上,从看管者转向创业者;在工作重点上,从审稿把关转向组织策划;在工作方式上,从科研型转向经营型。
There is so large number of academic journals that the reform of them is very difficult.We need to find different publishing models and developing paths.The chief editors plays a key role in selecting developing paths.Facing with the challenges and opportunities,they should have some changes.First,their work role should be changed from the caretaker to entrepreneur.Second,their work focus should be changed from the evaluation of the articles to the journal plotting.Third,their work style should be changed from the scientific research type to the business type.
