摘要
以仔猪、中猪和大猪 3个阶段的“长大”生长肥育猪为试验动物 ,共 96头 ,每个阶段 3 2头 ,随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ个组。各阶段的组间体重差异不显著 (p >0 .0 5)。各阶段日粮中以糙米代替玉米的比例Ⅰ组为 0 ,Ⅱ组为50 % ,Ⅲ组为 75% ,Ⅳ组为 1 0 0。Ⅰ组为全玉米能饲料对照组。采用单因子试验设计 ,对小、中和大猪分别进行 2 6d、2 6d和 4 0d的饲养试验 ,同时进行屠宰试验和肉品质分析 ,以增重速度、料肉比和肉品质为指标来观察早籼糙米的营养价值和饲养效果。试验结果 ,仔猪阶段Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ平均日增重依次为 565、577、585和 596g,料肉比依次为2 .59、2 .57、2 .56和 2 .53 ;中猪阶段各组平均日增重依次为 74 2、750、754和 762g,料肉比依次为 3 .1 6、3 .3 2、3 .1 9和3 .1 6;大猪阶段各组平均日增重依次为 863、866、860和 871g ,料肉比依次为 3 .65、3 .60、3 .68和 3 .65,各组的胴体和肉品质也很接近。结果表明 ,每个阶段各组之间这些指标差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5) ,而且处于国内较先进的水平范围 ,表明糙米具有与玉米相同或略优的营养价值与饲养效果 ,糙米代替日粮中玉米 50 %~ 1 0 0 %饲养生长肥育猪是可行的。
A total of 96 growing-finishing pigs Landrace×Large White were selected for three phase experiments (piglet phase,growing phase and finishing phase),32 pigs each phase.They were randomly divided into four groups in each phase.Group I,II,III and IV in each phase were fed with eayly long-grain brown rice substituting for 0,50%,75% and 100% maize in the diets.At the end of the finishing phase experiment,three pigs in each group were slaughtered and assayed.The growth rate and gain feed ratio were measured in three phases.In piglet phase,the average daily gain (ADG) and gain feed ratio of group I,II,III and IV were 565g and 2.59,577g and 2.57,585g and 2.56,596g and 2.53,respectively.In growing phase,the ADG and gain feed ratio of group I,II,III and IV were 742g and 3.16,750g and 3.32,754g and 3.19g and 3.19,762g and 3.16,respectively.In finishing phase,ADG and gain feed ratio of group I,II,III and IV were 863g and 3.65,866g and 3.60,860g and 3.68,871g and 3.65,respectively.The results of the finishing phase experiment showed that no significant differences of carcass and meat quality among four groups were found.The results showed that the differences of the measurements among four groups in each phase were not significant.It proved that the nutritive value of early long-grain brown rice was as same as maize,and that it is possible to substitute brown rice for 50% to 100% maize in the diet of growing and finishing pig.
