摘要
论证了硅钼杂多兰反应在有机介质中进行的可行性 ,研究了L -抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯 (L -AP)在有机介质中对硅钼杂多兰形成的影响 ,优选了测定条件 ,建立了测定其含量的硅钼兰分光光度法。该法显色体系的最大吸收波长在 72 0nm ,检测范围为 0 .2 5-2 .0mg/ 50ml,相对标准偏差为 0 .4 3 % ,回收率为 99.4 %~ 1 0 0 .4 %。
A new method for spectrophotometric determination of ascorbyl palmitate with silica-molybdenum heteropoly blue is presented.The method is based on the reaction of molybdenum heteropoly acid with ascorbyl palmitate.Optimum testing conditions have been established.The apparent absorptivity was at 720nm.The determination range of 0.25~2.0mg/50ml,the recovery of 99.4%~100.4%,and the variation coefficient of 0.43% were resulted.
