摘要
应用数字图像处理技术和MATLAB图像处理工具,对WC-Co硬质合金的WC骨架进行提取,建立微观结构模型并进行有限元分析。依据灰度直方图选取阈值101进行图像二值化处理,选取5×5像素的方形模块对图片进行中值滤波,应用Sobel边缘检测算法得到了与原始数字图片相近的图形边界,经修正和矢量化处理,得到微观结构模型。将微观结构模型导入商业软件ABAQUS建立有限元分析模型,对模型的三点弯曲过程进行数值模拟。计算结果表明:模拟值与实验值吻合较好,可以对硬质合金横向断裂强度作出有效的预测。
The WC frame in WC-Co cemented carbide was extracted based on digital image technology and the im- age processing tools of MATLAB, then the microstructure model of the cemented carbide was established for finite element analysis. The digital image samples were converted into binary image according to the gray-scale histogram with the threshold value 101, then a square model 5x5 pixels was selected to eliminate the noise by median f'dter. The edges ap- proximate to the original photo were obtained by Sobel edge detection method, the mierostrueture was created by correct- ing and vector processing. The finite element model was created based on the commercial finite element cede ABAQUS, the process of three-point bending was analyzed by ABAQUS. The FEA result shows that the simulation value has a good agreement with the experimental value, using this method can make an effective prediction of transverse rupture strength of WC-Co cemented carbide.
